Singapore Company Setup Procedures: |

| 1. | Prior to the Singapore company set up, our client settles Healy Consultants' fees, signs and returns our Client Engagement Letter (which provides details of the new company's planned activities), as well as the preferred corporate structure (including director and shareholder details). |

| 2. | Healy Consultants checks company name availability with the Accounting and Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) and, if available, we proceed to legally set up the Singapore company. |

| 3. | Healy Consultants drafts a detailed Singapore company setup engagement plan for our client, including details of corporate bank account opening. This step ensures the transparency of our procedures and helps minimise unwanted surprises for our client. |

| 4. | To support the Singapore company setup, Healy Consultants provides our client a Singapore business address for invoicing purposes. Additionally, many clients request telephone, fax and email support for their company following establishment.
