Before completing the international mortgage application on behalf of our client, our staff will ascertain the level of funding required by our client, as well as collect information required by the lender. This normally includes applicant's passport copy, proof of income, bank reference letter, and sometimes a business plan giving evidence of rental income and strategy, which will be prepared by Healy Consultants' staff if required.
