Our Firm’s broad skills are being tested this week as we help our entrepreneur clients develop and grow their businesses.
Following our recent newsletter mailshot to clients, it has emerged that two clients need our assistance to source multimillion dollar project finance for ventures in Singapore and the UK. Sherry is busy researching suitable financing options for the clients, and has approached venture capitalists in Asia to this end….
On the company formation front, two interesting engagements are keeping our staff on their toes. A challenging yet ultimately successful Vietnam engagement is drawing to a close - we set up our client’s business in Ho Chi Minh City, opened a corporate bank account for the company and provided temporary office accommodation.
On the other hand, we are helping a Russia-based client set up a company in Moscow, and are currently clarifying incorporation timeframes and collecting required due diligence from our client.
Back in Singapore, two US citizens clients received approval for permanent residency - Healy Consultants managing the application and submission process - allowing them live in Singapore with their families indefinitely.
On the staff front, we welcomed Jen as a valued member of the Marketing team this week. Her roles will be to assist with the development of our group websites, and conduct valuable economic research for both our company and our global clients.
We soon hope to have a dedicated Economic Research group of about 10 full time staff who will manage the heaps of economic data which we need for both our business and our clients.
