  1. Prior to Bolivia company incorporation, our Client i) settles Healy Consultants’ incorporation fees ii) signs and returns our Client engagement letter and iii) provides us all the required due diligence documents;
  2. Healy Consultants drafts a detailed Bolivia company setup engagement project plan. This plan will map out, week by week, each step to engagement completion, optimizing transparency and settling Client expectations;
  3. Healy Consultants assists our Client to decide on i) proposed company’s name and ii) the optimum corporate structure including directors and shareholders;
  4. Healy Consultants will collect all necessary due diligence from our Client and details of the proposed company’s activities and then proceed to open a corporate bank account for the company with one of the recommended banks in Bolivia and then if required, deposit the required initial capital into the corporate bank account and obtain a deposit slip indicating at least 25% of the subscribed and no less than 50% of the authorized capital;
  5. Healy Consultants will then reserve the company name with the Registry of Commerce and obtain a name reservation certificate. After this, Healy Consultants will courier all registration documents to our Client to sign and send back and then we will have them notarized;
  6. Next Healy Consultants publish the company deed in a national newspaper of Bolivia and at the same time engage the services of an accredited accountant in Bolivia to prepare the opening balance sheet and administer the balance sheet by the seal of the Colegio de Contadores;
  7. After that, Healy Consultants will register the company at the National Tax Service and obtain the tax identification number (NIT). Then Healy Consultants will obtain a municipal business license and a municipal registration card from the municipality where the business is located. The municipal council will then come and inspect business venue’s technical and environmental characteristics;
  8. Healy Consultants will then register the company deed with FUNDEMPRESA and obtain legal capacity then proceed to register the company at the appropriate Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
  9. After this, Healy Consultants will register our Client’s employees i) for national health insurance and short-term disability coverage, ii) with the Ministry of Work, Employment and Social Security and iii) with the pensions system;
  10. Following the company incorporation engagement completion, Healy Consultants will courier a full company kit to our Client, including original documents, unopened bank correspondence and a Client feedback survey.
