10 steps to incorporating in Cameroon in 2024

7. Following the successful incorporation of the company, Healy Consultants then publishes the notice of incorporation of the company in Cameroon’s legal newspaper, the Cameroun Tribute;
8. Healy Consultants will then declare the company’s existence and register with i) the Cameroon Tax Administration and obtain a tax identification number (TIN) ii) National Social Insurance Fund CNPS;
9. If required, Healy Consultants will assist our Client to i) secure a business premises in Cameroon and ii) assist with the recruitment of local staff;
10.
