Our Firm requires an intelligent, diligent individual to play a dual role as Human Resources (HR) Manager and a Compliance Manager to handle all HR and compliance issues of Healy Consultants Group: |

Job Scope i) Ensure our Firm’s compliance with Singapore and international company law; ii) Enhance Client due diligence procedures, including regular reviews of Client files; iii) Assist with optimisation of staff job satisfaction; iv) Plan and conduct interviews with new hires; and v) Draft employment contracts. |
What sort of person are we looking for? |
You will have at least 5 years’ experience with HR and Compliance management in a Singapore Firm. Furthermore, you will: |
i) Have excellent communications skills and act as a communication bridge between upper management and junior staff; ii) Have an outgoing nature, where staff are comfortable to approach you; iii) Have a professional approach, an example to other staff; iv) Be motivated and committed to full-time work; v) Have a good command of the English language and be able to communicate clearly. |
Software skills |
Knowledge of MS Office applications is crucial. |

A people person, who is able to manage the day-to-day needs of the Firm's employees, as well as meet prospective employees. Please note that this role will require little international travel. |
Salary and benefits |
The right candidates can expect a monthly salary averaging S$5,000 following probation period. We also offer a generous weekly bonus scheme, as well as a loyalty bonus for long service, S$30,000 after three years. |
