6.	The following corporate documents are sent to our client for his signature and return to us: Letter of Appointment of First Director, Consent to Act as shareholder and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
7.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team liaises with the IGJ to complete Argentina company set up.
8.	Healy Consultants arranges to publish a notice about the new company in the official newspaper.
9.	Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from the Argentina IGJ. Our team will immediately email the same to you.
10.	To support the Argentina company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team files the following documents with the registro público de comercio (public register) at the IGJ:
	i)	Notification of Appointment of First Directors and Secretary;

	v)	Names, addresses and nationalities of directors and shareholders.
11.	Prior to the Argentina company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team applies for the Argentina Business Registration Certificate and pays Argentina business registration fees/ levies.
12.	Upon receipt of original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants couriers a company kit folder (to our client’s preferred international address) containing the following corporate documents:
	i)	Original copy of Argentina Certificate of Incorporation;
	ii)	An original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
	iii)	Original share certificates;
	iv)	Client feedback form.
13.	Following the Argentina company set up, Healy Consultants Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, assurance of initial Share Certificates.

16.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a local business address details in Argentina for invoicing purposes, together with telephone, fax and email support.
17.	Healy Consultants assists our client with business website building, search engine advertising, as well as stationary and logo design.
18.	Healy Consultants assists our client to obtain corporate finance, trade finance and to open merchant accounts.
19.	Healy Consultants assists our client to locate business premises in Argentina and recruit local staff.
20.	Following completion of the engagement, Healy Consultants emails an Engagement Feedback Survey to our client.
