1.	Prior to Bahrain business set up, our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants engagement letter.
2. 5.	In order to continue with Bahrain Company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team emails the following corporate documents to our Client for his signature and return to us: Letter of Appointment of First Director, Consent to Act as shareholder and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
6.	Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from the Commercial Registration Directorate. Our team will immediately email the same to you.
7.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team liaises with the Commercial Registration Directorate to complete incorporation.
8.	To support Bahrain Company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team files the following documents with the Commercial Registration Directorate:
	(i) Proposed Company name, share and division of capital and share type; (ii) The Memorandum of Association; (iii) The Articles of Association; (iv) The address of the Bahrain registered office; (v) Names, addresses and nationalities of directors and shareholders.




9.	Following the Bahrain Company set up, Healy Consultants arranges to publish the Company details in the Official Gazette and one local newspaper, in accordance with Article 268 of the Commercial Companies Law.
10.	After the Bahrain Company set up, Healy Consultants Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, assurance of initial Share Certificates.
11.	Healy Consultants' Incorporation Team legally Bahrain company set up, with the correct corporate structure.
12.	Healy Consultants' Banking Team completes corporate bank account opening for our client, together, including world-class multi-currency Internet banking facilities, to support Bahrain business set up.
13.	Healy Consultants offers our client local business address details in Bahrain for invoicing purposes, together with telephone, fax and email to support Bahrain company set up.
14.	Healy Consultants assists our client with business website creating, search engine advertising, as well as stationary and logo design to support Bahrain business set up.
