India Company Registration

1.	Our client and Healy Consultants agree the legal, tax and accounting implications of setting up a Indian company. 2.	Our client and Healy Consultants agree the company name and the optimum corporate structure, including shareholders and directors of the India company.
3.	If applicable, Healy Consultants obtains, on our client's behalf, government approval for foreign investors.
4.	Healy Consultants prepares incorporation documents for our client's signature and return to us.
5.	Healy Consultants obtains the Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
6.	The company name is submitted for approval to the India Registrar of Companies and has the Memorandum and Articles of Association vetted by the department.
7.	Following company name approval, Healy Consultants' team apply for stamping of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
8.	Healy Consultants will submit an India company registration application to the India Registrar of Companies including the following documents:
	i)	Stamped Memorandum and Articles;
	ii)	A signed declaration that the registration has complied all the rules as laid down in the Indian Companies Act 1956;
	iii)	Details of company directors and identification;
	iv)	Payment of the India company registration fee.
9.	After receiving the Certificate of Incorporation, Healy Consultants will provide our client a complete company kit including :
	i)	original Certificate of Incorporation
	ii)	a bound copy of a Government approved Memorandum & Articles
	iii)	original share certificate
	iv)	a printout from the India Public Register illustrating company details available for public viewing
	v)	an original Government receipt as evidence of payment of annual license fees.
