1.	Our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants' engagement letter.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for the Monaco company set up project, thus minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations.
3.	Healy Consultants legally begins Monaco company set up, with the correct corporate structure. See Monaco company registration procedures for further details.
4.	Healy Consultants' incorporation team prepares and files a detailed application for Monaco company set up to the Monaco government, including details of the company name and its planned activities.

9.	Monaco company set up is completed with the company’s Certificate of Incorporation is published, by Healy Consultants, in the Journal de Monaco.
10.	Healy Consultants compliance team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, assurance of initial Share Certificates.
11.	Upon receipt of original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants couriers a company kit folder, to our client's preferred international address, containing the following corporate documents:
	i) Original copy of Monaco Certificate of Incorporation;
	ii) An original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
	iii) Original share certificates;
	iii) Client feedback form.
12.	To support Monaco company set up, Healy Consultants completes corporate bank account opening for our client, which includes world-class multi-currency internet banking facilities.
13.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a local business address details in Monaco for invoicing purposes, together with telephone, fax and email support.
