6.	Healy Consultants files the company's commercial registration documents with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry;
7.	Healy Consultants arranges for the company books to be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce ;
8.	Healy Consultants arranges to register the company with the Department of Zakat and Income Tax (DZIT) to obtain a file number and a certificate of commencement of business;
9.	Healy Consultants provides our client a complete company kit including i) original Certificate of Incorporation ii) a bound copy of a Government approved Memorandum & Articles iii) original share certificates and iv) an original Government receipt as evidence of payment of annual license fees.
