1.
Prior to Abu Dhabi company set up, our client signs Healy Consultants engagement letter and returns the original to our Singapore Head Office.
2.
Healy Consultants Compliance Team receives the required corporate and personal due diligence information from our client.
3.
Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan for the Abu Dhabi company set up process, outlining a roadmap for the upcoming engagement, thereby minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations.
4.
Our client confirms the Abu Dhabi corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. Only then will Healy Consultants proceed with company incorporation, see Abu Dhabi Company Registration procedures.
5.
Healy Consultants Incorporation Team applies to register the new company with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry by obtaining a reference letter from the Abu Dhabi Municipality.
6.
Healy Consultants receives notification from the Chamber of Commerce confirming its approval of the company’s membership.
7.
Prior to Abu Dhabi company setup, Healy Consultants assists our client to find office space in Abu Dhabi and obtain a draft lease agreement.
8.
Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team prepares the Memorandum and Articles of Association in Arabic, according to the standard format of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Our Incorporation Team then emails Memorandum and Articles of Association, as well as director and shareholder consent forms, to our client for his signature and return to us.
9.
Prior to Abu Dhabi company setup, Healy Consultants’ Banking Team deposits the minimum required capital (US$40,000) into a local Abu Dhabi bank and obtains a Capital Contribution Certificate confirming the same.
10.
Assuming our client emails the above signed documents to us in a timely manner (originals to follow by courier), Healy Consultants Incorporation Team submits the documents, along with the Capital Contribution Certificate, to the industry body which deals with the client’s business activity (e g Supreme Petroleum Council).
11.
Healy Consultants receives confirmation from the regulatory body that the company is incorporated.
12.
Healy Consultants submits the company’s details to the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, where they are entered onto the Commercial Register.
13.
Following Abu Dhabi company set up, Healy Consultants obtains a trade/commercial license for the company.
14.
Healy Consultants Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of bylaws, assurance of initial share certificates.
15.
Upon receipt of original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants couriers a company kit folder (to our client’s preferred international address) containing the following corporate documents:
  i)
Original copy of Abu Dhabi Commercial Registration license;
  ii)
An original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
  iii)
Original share certificates;
  iv)
Printout of the company’s details from the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce;
  v)
Client feedback form.
16.
Healy Consultants completes corporate bank account opening for our client to support Abu Dhabi company set up with an international reputable bank such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank. The bank account includes world-class multi-currency Internet banking facilities.
17.
Healy Consultants provides our client with a local business address details for invoicing purposes, together with telephone, fax and email support, to support Abu Dhabi company set up.
18.
Healy Consultants assists our client with business website building, search engine advertising, as well as stationery and logo design.
19.
Healy Consultants assists our client to obtain corporate finance, trade finance and to open merchant accounts to support Abu Dhabi company set up.
20.
Healy Consultants assists our client to locate business premises and recruit local staff in Abu Dhabi, if required.
21.
Following completion of the Abu Dhabi company setup engagement, Healy Consultants e-mails an Engagement Feedback Survey to our client.
