Austria company registration is straightforward, thanks to Healy Consultants' efficient staff and the simple procedures required by the Austrian authorities. The following is an overview of the typical engagement procedures relating to Austria company set up:  
1.
Our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants' engagement letter, prior to Austria company set up.
2.
Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for Austria company registration, thus minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations.
3.
Our client and Healy Consultants agree the legal, tax and accounting implications of Austria company registration.
4.
Healy Consultants collects the required due diligence from our client, including passport copies, proof of address, and details of the company's intended activities, prior to Austria company set up.
5.

  • Articles of Association;
  • Notarized declaration of establishment;
  • A declaration and bankers confirmation of minimum cash requirement has been deposited;
  • Signatures of the managing directors, and confirmation by the tax authorities that the formation tax for capital transaction has been paid.
10.
Continuing with Austria company set up, a trade license from the trade authority (Bezirksverwaltungsbehörde) is obtained by Healy Consultants' team.
11.
Healy Consultants submit a form to the tax authority along with the following documents:
  • Articles of Association;
  • Opening balance sheet;
  • An excerpt of the companies register of the company;
  • An ID-card of a managing director;
  • Signatures of the representatives.
12.
On behalf of the client, Healy Consultants completes Austria company set up by registering with the relevant local municipality.
13.
Following Austria company registration, Healy Consultants provides our client with a complete company kit including:
  • Original Certificate of Incorporation;
  • A bound copy of Austria government-approved Articles of Association
  • Original share certificates;
  • Original government receipt as evidence of payment of annual Austria company registration and license fees.
14.

Healy Consultants assists our client with business website building, search engine advertising, as well as stationery and logo design, to support Austria company registration.
17.
Healy Consultants assists our client to obtain corporate finance, trade finance and to open merchant accounts.
18.
If required, Healy Consultants assists our client to locate business premises in Austria and recruit local staff.
19.
