Healy Consultants Incorporation Team will receive a Certificate of Incorporation, two certified copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and registration forms for the Employees Provident Fund and the Collector of Income Tax from the Registry of Companies. These documents will be mailed to our client immediately. |

After Brunei company set up, Healy Consultants Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, assurance of initial Share Certificates. |

The certificate of incorporation is issued, approximately one month after submission of incorporation forms. |

Our client is required to sign and return the original to Healy Consultants office. |

Following receipt of the signed documents, Healy Consultants provides our client with a complete company kit including i) original Certificate of Incorporation ii) a bound copy of Brunei government approved Articles of Association iii) original share certificates iv) an original Brunei government receipt as evidence of payment of annual Brunei company registration and license fees. |
