| 3. | Before BVI company registration, Healy Consultants and our client agree to the tax, accounting and legal implications to set up a BVI company. |

| 4. | Healy Consultants then begins negotiations with the relevant BVI authorities to complete legal BVI company registration. |

| 5. | Healy Consultants assists clients to obtain a corporate bank account with world-class banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank. |

| 6. | Following BVI company registration, Healy Consultants provides our client with a comprehensive company kit, including: i) original Certificate of Incorporation; ii) a bound copy of a BVI government-approved Articles of Association; iii) original share certificates; and iv) an original BVI government receipt as evidence of payment of annual BVI company registration and license fees. |
