Foreign investors can apply for investment incentives via the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC). |

A Cambodian company requires a minimum of two shareholders. Company directors can also act as shareholders. A Cambodian company requires a minimum of one director. At least one director must be Cambodian, and the ratio of Cambodian to foreign directors must remain at least 30%.

Should our clients have difficulties finding a resident director of their own, Healy Consultants offer Cambodia resident director services to meet the Cambodian regulations. Our firm will provide a nominee to act as Cambodia resident director for a Cambodian company of any client who requires this service. The nominee will be a director of the company in name only and will not have other business responsibilities. |

Healy Consultants' annual Cambodia resident director fee amounts to US$4,000. In addition, Healy Consultants will collect a US$1,100 refundable deposit from our client. |
