1.	Our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants engagement letter.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client a detailed engagement plan to set up a Cayman Islands company, outlining a roadmap for the upcoming engagement, thereby minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations.
3.	To speed up the process of incorporating in the Cayman Islands, Healy Consultants collects the required due diligence from our client. With proper due diligence documents, incorporating in the Cayman Islands process will avoid many of the legal pitfalls generally involved in company incorporation.
4.	Prior to Cayman Islands company set up, our client confirms the Cayman Islands corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. Only then will Healy Consultants proceed with company incorporation.
5.	To support Cayman Islands company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team performs a company name search with Cayman Registrar of Companies. If approved, we begin incorporation of your Cayman Islands company.
6.	For supporting the Cayman Islands company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team emails the following corporate documents to our Client for his signature and return to us:
	i)	Memorandum of Association of the Cayman Islands company;
	ii)	Shareholder’s declaration that the company shall operate outside the Cayman Islands;
	iii)	Register of Shareholders;
	iv)	Register of Directors.
7.	Healy Consultants incorporation team liaises with the Cayman Islands government to complete company incorporation and pays the government registration fee.
8.	During the Cayman Islands company setup, Healy Consultants’ incorporation team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies. This document will then be sent to our client immediately.
9.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team files the following signed documents with Cayman Registrar of Companies:
	i)	Memorandum of Association of the Cayman Islands company;
	ii)	Shareholder’s declaration that the company shall operate outside the Cayman Islands;
	iii)	Register of Shareholders;
	iv)	Register of Directors.
10.	Following the Cayman Islands company set up, Healy Consultants compliance team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, issuance of initial Share Certificates.
11.	Healy Consultants legally completes Cayman Islands company set up, with the correct corporate structure, see Cayman Islands company registration procedures.
