Registering a company in China is difficult and complicated, due to extensive paperwork and differing registration procedures in different provinces. Furthermore, all corporate documents are in Chinese, meaning expensive translation and notarisation procedures. The following is an overview of the procedures involved in registering a company in China. |

| 1. | Prior to registering a company in China, our client and Healy Consultants agree on the legal, tax and accounting implications of China company registration. |

Healy Consultants then delivers all the required documents to the relevant provincial foreign trade and economic cooperation department for review and approval, on behalf of the client. |

Once approval of the application for China company registration is granted, Healy Consultants’ agent in China will the registration documents to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. |

| 4. | Upon approval, Healy Consultants submits three proposed company names to the Registrar on our client's behalf. |

| 5. | Healy Consultants creates and submits a feasibility study to the government Authority. |

| 8. | Healy Consultants will then assist our client in applying for a local bank account at one of the many reputable banks located in China such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank. |

Healy Consultants obtains approval or certificates from various authorities such as the Planning Bureau, the Foreign Economic and Trade Bureau, the Industrial And Commercial Registration Office, the Statistics Bureau, the National Taxation Administration Bureau, the Local Taxation Administration Bureau, the Public Security Department, the Environmental Protection Bureau, the foreign Exchange Administration Bureau and the Customs, etc. |
