Healy Consultants makes Hungary company set up a straightforward process. Our transparent, logical procedures ensure an efficient Hungary company set up, which evolves as follows:
1.	Our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants engagement letter to begin Hungary company set up.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed Hungary company set up plan, outlining a roadmap for the upcoming engagement, thus minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations;
3.	To speed up Hungary company set up, Healy Consultants collects the required due diligence from our client. With proper due diligence documents the incorporating in Hungary process will avoid many of the legal pitfalls generally involved in company incorporation. In addition our client confirms the Hungary corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. Only then will Healy Consultants proceed with incorporation.

6.	Prior to Hungary company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team performs a company name search with Hungarian Court of Registration and, when approved, we begin incorporation of your Hungary Company.
7.	In the due course of Hungary company set up, Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from the Hungary Registrar of International Business Companies. Our team will immediately email the same to you.
8.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team files the following documents with the Hungarian Court of Registration:
	i)	The proposed name of the company, the amount of equity capital, division of capital and type of shares;
	ii)	The company’s business activities;
	iii)	The Memorandum and Articles of Association;
	iv)	The address of the Hungary registered office;
	v)	Names, addresses and nationalities of directors and shareholders.
9.	In order to support Hungary company set up, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team registers the entity at the municipality, State Tax Office, Central Statistics Office and Social Security Office.
10.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team applies for the Business Registration Certificate and pays Hungary business registration fees/ levies.
11.	Following Hungary company set up, Healy Consultants Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, assurance of initial Share Certificates.
12.	Upon receipt of original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants couriers a company kit folder (to our Client’s preferred international address) containing the following corporate documents:
	i)	Original copy of Hungary Certificate of Incorporation;
	ii)	An original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
	iii)	Original share certificates;
	iv)	Client feedback form.
13.	Healy Consultants legally completes Hungary company set up, with the correct corporate structure, see Hungary company registration.
14.	Healy Consultants opens a corporate bank account for our client, which includes world-class multi-currency Internet banking facilities to support Hungary company set up. Healy Consultants works with internationally recognised banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank to provide corporate bank account services.
15.	To support Hungary company setup, Healy Consultants provides our client a local business address in Hungary for invoicing purposes, together with telephone, fax and email support.
16.	Following Hungary company set up, Healy Consultants assists our client with business website building, search engine advertising, as well as stationery and logo design.
17.	Healy Consultants assists our client to obtain corporate finance, trade finance and to open merchant accounts to support Hungary company set up.
18.	If required, Healy Consultants assists our client locate business premises in Hungary and recruit local staff to support Hungary company set up.
19.	Following Hungary company set up, Healy Consultants emails an Engagement Feedback Survey to our client.
