Incorporating in Malaysia

Incorporating in Malaysia is a complex process with many potential pitfalls. However, Healy Consultants will effectively and efficiently complete company incorporation for our Clients. Some points to consider with regards to incorporating in Malaysia include:

1. Two local resident directors must be appointed to each Malaysia Company.
