Our client confirms the Indonesia corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. Only then will Healy Consultants proceed with company incorporation.

To proceed with the Indonesia company set up, Healy Consultants incorporation team performs a company name search with the Business Registration Office of the Indonesia Department of Planning and Investment, and, if approved, we begin incorporation of your Indonesia company.

To support the Indonesia company set up, Healy Consultants' incorporation team emails the Administrative Department for Social Order (ADSO) under the Municipal Police Department, as well as director and shareholder consent forms, to our client for his signature and return to us.

Healy Consultants incorporation team liaises with Business Registration Office of the Indonesia Department of Planning and Investment to complete company incorporation, including paying the business registration fee and submitting written consent of an approved auditor to act for the company.

Healy Consultants’ incorporation team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from Business Registration Office of the Indonesia Department of Planning and Investment. Our team will immediately email the same to you.

In order to complete the Indonesia company set up, Healy Consultants incorporation team files the following documents with Business Registration Office of the Indonesia Department of Planning and Investment.:

The company name, share capital, division of capital and type of shares;

ii)

The Memorandum of Association;

iii)

The Articles of Association;

iv)

The address of the Indonesia registered office;

Names, addresses and nationalities of directors and shareholders.

Following the Indonesia company set up, Healy Consultants compliance team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of bylaws, assurance of initial share certificates.
