International Investment Strategies

Healy Consultants will assist our Clients evaluate different international investment strategies, optimising investment returns while protecting the underlying investment. Our international investments strategies are geared towards helping international entrepreneurs achieve their strategic objectives. The following is an overview of our global investment services:
1.	Property investment - Healy Consultants' specialises in property investment, assisting investors to successfully purchase and sell real estate of all kinds, including residential, commercial and retail. This global investment service is handled by our group business line Asia Property Consultants, and includes:
	i)	Conducting feasibility studies.
	ii)	Arranging property valuations.
	iii)	Assistance in obtaining low-interest international mortgages.
	iv)	Project managing the purchase and sale formalities.
	v)	Assisting with the legal aspects of property investment, including liaising with lawyers and contract negotiation.
	vi)	Assistance with finding tenants.
2.	Obtaining foreign investment approval - in some countries (particularly emerging markets), foreign investors must obtain government approval prior to making their capital investment. Healy Consultants' Incorporation Teams have extensive experience of foreign investment requirements around the world, and our related services include:
	i)	Advising our client on the criteria for foreign investment approval in different countries (e g minimum capital required, obligations to recruit local staff, land purchase/lease obligations, performance criteria).
	ii)	Completing foreign investment application forms.
	iii)	Preparing a business plan to accompany the foreign investment application.
	iv)	Coordinating the collection and submission of all information to the relevant government department.
	v)	Assisting with post-approval formalities, for example obtaining project finance, tax incentives and government grants.
3.	International brokerage accounts - our international investment strategies include assisting clients to open international brokerage accounts to enable them to easily purchase equities on stock exchanges around the world.
4.	Corporate finance - as the value of major global organisations tumbles, mergers and acquisitions becomes more attractive. Healy Consultants assists our clients in:
	i)	obtaining international corporate finance including debt and private equity
	ii)	identifying corporate targets and partners.
5.	Foreign exchange investment - investing in foreign exchange markets is an excellent strategy due to its liquidity. Healy Consultants assists international entrepreneurs to trade in forex.
6.	High yielding term deposit accounts - an international currency term deposit account is a more secure global investment option than volatile securities and real estate markets. Healy Consultants assists clients open an international currency term deposit account earning approximately 10% per year. We partner with global banks offering 11% on US$ term deposit accounts, and between 8 and 15% on other currency deposit accounts.
7.	Investment management - Healy Consultants is not an investment management Firm. However, our global investment services include assisting our clients identify new wealth managers and financial advisors, especially if your portfolio returns are disappointing.
