Healy Consultants will present the company’s Memorandum and Articles to the Government in a petition for incorporation. |

Healy Consultants will pay the full share capital up in advance of incorporation. This amount will be deposited with an Libyan bank in a designated company incorporation type account. The bank will then release a special certificate, addressed to the designated notary, responsible for concluding incorporation formalities. |

Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from the authorities. Our team will immediately email the same to you. |
