Should a client have difficulty in finding a Liechtenstein resident director, Healy Consultants will act as Liechtenstein resident director to fulfill the Liechtenstein company law regulations. To ensure their assets are fully protected, Healy Consultants will not be a bank signatory nor play an active role in daily corporate activities. |

Following Liechtenstein company formation, shareholders and the Liechtenstein resident director details are available on a public register. |

Healy Consultants' annual Liechtenstein resident director fee amounts to Euro$3,500. In addition, Healy Consultants will collect a Euro$2,500 refundable deposit from our client. This deposit will be held in trust until our client no longer requires Healy Consultants to act as Liechtenstein resident director. In the unfortunate event our client misuses their Liechtenstein company and flees the country, Healy Consultants (as Liechtenstein resident director) will be left to face the Liechtenstein government authorities. Under these circumstances, the client forfeits the refundable deposit and the funds will be used to cover future litigation expenses or liquidation costs incurred by Healy Consultants. |
