1.	Our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants' engagement letter.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for the Nigeria company set up process. This step helps minimise unwanted surprises and meets client expectations.
3.	Healy Consultants collects required due diligence from our client.
4.	Healy Consultants legally completes Nigeria company set up with the correct corporate structure, see also Nigeria company registration procedure.
5.	Following Nigeria company set up, Healy Consultants registers the company with the Federal Board of Inland Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance for income tax.
