Norway Resident Director

Norway company formation is expensive. Apart from high government fees and a significant paid up capital requirement, there is also the need to have a Norway resident director.

Should a client have difficulty in finding a Norway resident director, Healy Consultants will act as Norway resident director to fulfill this legal requirement of Norway company law. To ensure their assets are fully protected, Healy Consultants will not be a bank signatory nor play an active role in daily corporate activities.

Healy Consultants' annual Norway resident director fee amounts to Euro 5,000. In addition, Healy Consultants will collect a Euro 1,250 refundable deposit from our client. This deposit will be held in trust until our client no longer requires Healy Consultants to act as Norway resident director. In the unfortunate event our client misuses their Norway company and flees the country, Healy Consultants (as Norway resident director) will be left to face the Norway government authorities. Under these circumstances, the client forfeits the refundable deposit and the funds will be used to cover future litigation expenses or liquidation costs incurred by Healy Consultants.
