1.	Our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants' engagement letter.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for Qatar company set up, thus minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations.
3.	To continue with Qatar company set up, Healy Consultants collects the required due diligence from our client. Once our client confirms the Qatar corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. Only then will Healy Consultants proceed with company incorporation.
4.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team performs a company name search with the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in Doha and, if approved, we begin incorporation of your Qatar company.
5. 6.	Healy Consultants’ Banking Team deposits the minimum required capital into a local Qatari bank and obtains a letter confirming the same, in order to proceed with Qatar company set up.
7.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team submits the documents, along with the bank deposit confirmation, to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce to complete company incorporation.
8.	To complete Qatar company set up, our Incorporation Team liaises with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce in Doha to register the new company with the chamber.
9.	Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team receives a Commercial Registration license from the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
10.	Following the Qatar company set up, Healy Consultants Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of bylaws, assurance of initial share certificates.
11.	Upon receipt of original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants couriers a company kit folder (to our client’s preferred international address) containing the following corporate documents:
	i)	Original copy of Qatar Commercial Registration license;
	ii)	An original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
	iii)	Original share certificates;
	iv)	Printout of the company’s details from the Ministry of Economy and Commerce;
	v)	Client feedback form.
12.	Healy Consultants' Incorporation Team legally completes Qatar company set up with the correct corporate structure, see Qatar company registration.
13.	To support Qatar company set up, Healy Consultants' Banking Team completes corporate bank account opening for our client. The account includes world-class multi-currency Internet banking facilities. Healy Consultants works with internationally recognised banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank to provide corporate bank account services.
14.	To support Qatar company set up, Healy Consultants provides our client with a local business address in Qatar for invoicing purposes, together with telephone, fax and email support.
