1.	Prior to Taiwan company set up, our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants' engagement letter.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for Taiwan company set up, thereby minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations.
3.	Our client and Healy Consultants agree the legal, tax and accounting implications of Taiwan company set up.
4.	Before Taiwan company set up, Healy Consultants collects required due diligence from our client, including passport copies, proof of address, and details of the company's intended activities.

11.	To support Taiwan company set up, Healy Consultants opens a corporate bank account on behalf of our client with a large international bank such as HSBC, Standard Chartered or Citibank.
12.	Healy Consultants provides a local business address, along with telephone, fax and email service, to support Taiwan company set up.
13.	Following Taiwan company set up, Healy Consultants provides marketing services including business website design and development, search engine advertising, as well as stationery and logo design.
14.	Healy Consultants assists our client to obtain corporate finance, trade finance and to open merchant accounts following Taiwan company set up.
15.	On our client’s behalf, Healy Consultants assists in recruiting local staff to support Taiwan company set up.
