| 2. | If nominee services are required by our Clients, Healy Consultants will appoint our Company as shareholder and director. The nominee shareholder and director will neither be a bank signatory nor play an active role in Client’s daily business activities. Healy Consultants' annual fee for nominee director or shareholder services is from US$1,800, depending the jurisdiction in question. |
