10 steps to incorporating in South Sudan

  2. After we agree with our Client upon the content of the M&AA, our team then i) fills the payment forms obtained from OSSIC at the Ministry of Justice and ii) pays all the company registration fees to Buffalo Commercial Bank and obtains proof of payment;
  3. Healy Consultants submits all the necessary documentation including i) signed name search forms ii) the memorandum and articles of association and iii) receipt of fees payment to OSSIC and obtains the certificate of incorporation. Subsequently Healy Consultants i) presents the certificate of incorporation ii) fills the necessary forms iii) pays the required fees to the South Sudan State Revenue Authority and iv) obtains an operating license;
  4. POST-INCORPORATION STEPS
    1. After incorporation of the company in Sudan, Healy Consultants i) registers the company for tax with the Ministry of Finance and ii) obtains a trading license from the Juba city authority (the “Payam”), after inspection of the company premises;
    2. Healy Consultants registers the company with i) the South Sudan Chamber of Commerce for tax clearance ii) the Ministry of Labor as an employer and iii) obtains a company seal from a local seal maker;
    3. Healy Consultants assists our Client to open two corporate bank accounts in Sudan with a local preferred commercial bank: i) one account will be used to pay up the capital of the company (at least US$100,000) and thereafter receive and make payments ii) the other account will be used solely to withhold monthly social security contributions of the company’s employees working from South Sudan;
    4. Following completion of all required registrations of the South Sudan company, Healy Consultants will courier to our Client’s preferred international address the complete company kit including i) original corporate documents ii) unopened bank correspondence and iii) a Client engagement feedback survey to assess the quality of our South Sudan company formation services.
