Assisting Healy Consultants GFC with all work-related tasks, including by not limited to:

  • Taking responsibility for Healy Consultants accounts including accurate key in to MYOB and preparing monthly expenses analysis;
  • Monthly Reporting, Expenses and Issuing payments;
  • Maintaining vigilant updates on regulation requirements;
  • Accurately writing Company cheques;
  • Assisting global staff with online payments;
  • Conducting thorough research into ad-hoc tasks with government bodies including but not limited to ACRA, IRAS, CPF, banks, and auditors, and reporting your findings in clear and concise business English;

In addition, the Employee may be asked to provide assistance 20% of the time on some of the following Client Relationship activities:

  • Completing Client accounting and tax obligations and Client legal and immigration requirements;
  • To accurately, completely and timely provide email status updates to our Client, applying high standard of professional written English;
  • Assist Clients set up a business in every country in the world. Project manage client engagements and keep clients happy and regularly informed;
  • Solving Client’s business problems ranging from legal, finance, accounting, tax, IT, marketing, banking etc.
  • Supervising Healy Consultants international suppliers and advisors. Tenaciously and relentlessly pursuing results and information;
  • Thoroughly completing due diligence of Clients, Client files and supplier checklists;
  • To prioritize tasks and focus on goal completion;
  • To be in charge of company secretarial matters for our clients including preparing resolutions, incorporation of companies and ACRA filings;
  • To apply high standards of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with Aidan’s bank accounts and other personal information;

Miscellaneous

  • Assist with ad-hoc business-related office errands and administrative tasks;
  • May be assigned from time to time other office tasks and projects;

Salary range is S$2,800 per mth to S$3,300 per mth
