In January of each year, Healy Consultants Group PLC will pay a loyalty bonus to staff members, equal to up to 1 month salary.
This bonus is to award quality staff who continue to work in Healy Consultants Group PLC business. To receive this annual benefit, the employee must fullfil all of the following criteria:
- The employee was employed for the entire 12 months of the previous year; and
- The employee is not serving his or her leaving notice on or before payment of loyalty bonus; and
- For the previous 6 months, Healy Consultants Group PLC bank accounts increased by at least the amount of the total bonuses to be paid to staff (approx S$ 150,000). Sharon will independently confirm the same before 15 January each year;
- The loyalty bonus is the average monthly salary during the calendar year; and
- Will be calculated in the following way; 2017 total salary received / 12 = loyalty bonus.
- The loyalty bonus is reduced by the share of team or Department bonuses received during the year. Currently, Healy Consultants Group PLC is not wealthy enough to pay each staff both a loyalty bonus and a Department or team share of profits.
