Following incorporation, Healy Consultants' compliance team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, and assurance of initial Share Certificates.

Upon receipt of the original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants couriers a company kit folder (to our client’s preferred international address) containing the following corporate documents: original copy of Certificate of Incorporation; an original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association; original share certificates; client feedback form.

Our client visits their local bank branch to sign the bank account forms in the presence of a local bank officer. Thereafter, our client couriers the same to Healy Consultants.
10.
Healy Consultants prepares a complete bank application for your Seychelles corporate bank account including due diligence, supporting corporate documents and bank forms.
11.
Following incorporating in the Seychelles, Healy Consultants international banking team will submit the Seychelles corporate bank account application form to the bank, together with the following corporate and personal information:
 
  • Company’s incorporation documents, duly certified by a Seychelles CPA or solicitor;
  • A copy of Directors and bank signatory(ies) passport;
  • Original copy of bank reference letter;
  • Original copy of proof of residential address.
12.
Healy Consultants prepares a detailed business plan relating to your company and its activities. The business plan will explain the reasons and ideas for wanting to incorporate in the Seychelles, and also provides detailed information about directors, shareholders and bank signatories.
13.
On behalf of our client, Healy Consultants pays the initial bank deposit to the bank. A scanned copy of the bank deposit slip will be emailed to our client as verification of the same.
14.
Healy Consultants will apply for corporate Internet banking facilities for your international or Seychelles corporate bank account.
15.
Healy Consultants applies for a corporate credit card, corporate ATM card and corporate cheque book for your international or Seychelles corporate bank account.
16.
Healy Consultants receives bank approval, together with bank account numbers, of your international or Seychelles corporate bank account.
17.
Healy Consultants receives the bank internet login and password information for your international or Seychelles corporate bank account in a sealed letter that is passed directly to our client.
18.
Healy Consultants receives corporate cheque book for your international or Seychelles corporate bank account in a sealed letter that is passed directly to our client.
19.
Our firm works with internationally recognised banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank to provide corporate bank account services.
20.
