Assuming our client emails the above signed documents required for incorporating in the Seychelles to us in a timely manner (originals to follow by courier, Healy Consultants incorporation team liaises with the Seychelles Registrar of International Business Companies to complete incorporating in the Seychelles.

Healy Consultants’ incorporation team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from the Seychelles Registrar of International Business Companies. Our team will immediately email the same to you.

Our client visits their local bank branch to sign the bank account forms in the presence of a local bank officer. Thereafter, our client couriers the same to Healy Consultants.

Healy Consultants prepares a complete bank application for your Seychelles corporate bank account including due diligence, supporting corporate documents and bank forms.

After incorporating in the Seychelles, Healy Consultants international banking team will submit the Seychelles corporate bank account application form to the bank, together with the following corporate and personal information:
