  5. Preparation of a quality application: After quality review by our local lawyers, Healy Consultants Group will supply our Client all pre-filled licensing forms for their review and approval;
  6. AML/CFT programme: If required, Healy Consultants Group will prepare a detailed AML/CFT programme including i) AML/CFT procedure ii) AML/CFT policy iii) Privacy Policy and iv) Risk Assessment Policies and v) so on;
  7. Negotiations with the Regulator: Before submitting the licence application, Healy Consultants Group will liaise with the Regulator to determine whether the same will look favourably on our Client’s application. After application submission, our team will liaise weekly with our preferred Government officers to ensure timely issuance of the license certificate, while copying Clients to some of our email correspondence;
