Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein Trust formation is done by drafting a Trust Deed between the Settlor and Trustee(s). The Trust Deed does not need to provide the Beneficiaries' names. New Zealand
While New Zealand does not allow Private Investment Foundations (PIF's), a foreign, or offshore, trust established with a New Zealand resident corporate trustee can be an effective investment platform. This type of Trust setup can be used, for example, to buy property in New Zealand. A Trust which is settled by a non-resident Settlor and which sources no income from within New Zealand is not liable to pay New Zealand tax, and this applies to the Settlor, the Trustee and the Beneficiaries (provided they do not live in New Zealand). Furthermore, a NZ offshore trust does not have the limitations on asset classes that some PIF’s may have.
