Assistant To The Client Engagement Department

Healy Consultants Group assists international Clients with company incorporation all around the world, including services like: business registration, global corporate bank account opening, nominee director services, accounting and tax planning services, business advisory services, legal solutions, finding office and provide corporate secretary services, jurisdiction advisory and comparisons to help you identifying optimal solution for your business.

Daily tasks will include, but are not limited, to:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks to support our Singapore Client Relationship (CRO) Team in project management of multiple engagements
  • Assist with drafting letters, invoices, contracts, forms, meeting minutes and webpages
  • Email follow ups to colleagues, clients and suppliers
  • Assist with i) project management of engagements, ii) assignments and tasks as directed by the Singapore CRO team
  • Coordinate an active calendar of appointments and arranging agendas for internal and external meetings
  • Assist with and perform research on complex client business setup engagements
  • Work closely and effectively with the Singapore CRO team to ensure that all tasks are done in effective and timely manner
  • Assist in preparation of internal reports and emails
  • Act as the point of contact for internal staff and external parties (i.e.: clients, service providers, partners), where needed
  • Suggest ways to improve, standardize or create admin processes
  • Run general errands, such as notarization of documents and attending bank and client meetings

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has an excellent command of English, both written and oral;
  • Fresh graduates (preferably Business Studies) are welcome to apply;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Is a people person and willing to work in a multi-national team;
  • Positive and proactive attitude;
  • Is solution oriented and problem solver, requiring minimal supervision;
  • Is able to timely supply quality deliverables;
  • Is disciplined, diligent and with high professional standards;
