  3. Healy Consultants Guinea-Bissau Incorporation Team conducts a company name search and reserves the desired company name with Enterprise Drawing Centre (CFE) to verify the uniqueness of the proposed company name;
  4. Healy Consultants International Banking Team i) presents a notarized copy clearance certificate of company name to the approved bank ii) opens a temporary corporate bank account and iii) deposit the legally required minimum share capital and obtains receipt of deposit;
  5. Healy Consultants’ Guinea-Bissau Incorporation Team submits to the Ministry of Justice i) all the company statutes ii) the name reservation certificate iii) evidence of share capital deposit and iv) shareholder due diligence documents and obtains the public deed;
  6. Subsequently Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team presents the public deed and obtains a certificate of registration from the Enterprise Drawing Centre (CFE);
