5.	Healy Consultants prepares incorporation documents for our client's signature and return to us;
6.	To proceed with Ecuador company registration, Healy Consultants Incorporation Team registers the company name with the Ecuadorian Government and, if approved, we begin incorporation of your Ecuador company.
7.	Healy Consultants Incorporation Team will deposit 25% of paid-in capital in a special account of “Completion of Capital” (Integración de Capital ) in an international, reputable bank such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank.

12.
