10 steps to incorporating in Slovakia in 2024

PRE-INCORPORATION

1. Consultation: Healy Consultants and our Client discuss our Client’s proposed business in Slovakia. Thereafter, we agree on the following: i) proposed company names ii) corporate structure and iii) initial share capital amount;
2. Document preparation: Healy Consultants prepares the company incorporation forms, including i) shareholder consent forms ii) director consent forms and iii) M&AA. These documents are emailed to our Client for their signature in front of a notary public;
3. Name search: Then, Healy Consultants conducts a name check with the Slovakia Commercial Register to check availability of the proposed name. If available, we obtain the certificate of name reservation;

INCORPORATION PROCEDURES

1. Document submission: Healy Consultants files the documents with the Trade Licensing Office to secure a trading license. We also i) secure a tax identification number and ii) register the company for health insurance;
2. Capital bank account opening: Healy Consultants assists our Client open a local capital bank account. Our Client deposits the paid-up share capital and supplies a certificate of deposit and bank statement;
