1.

4.

5.

Letter of appointment of directors;
ii)
Consent to act as shareholders;

The following documents are filed, by Healy Consultants, with the state Registrar of Companies, as part of India company set up:
i)
Proposed company name, share and division of capital and share type;
ii)
Names, addresses and nationalities of directors and shareholders;
iii)
The address of the India registered office;
iv)
The Memorandum of Association;
v)
The Articles of Association.
9.
Healy Consultants compliance team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of By Laws, assurance of initial share certificates.
10.
Upon receipt of original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants  couriers a company kit folder, to the clients preferred international address containing the following corporate documents:
i)
Original copy of India Certificate of Registration;
ii)
Original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
iii)
Original share certificates;
iv)
Client feedback form.
11.
To support India company set up, Healy Consultants opens a corporate bank account for our client, which includes world-class multi-currency internet banking facilities. Healy Consultants works with internationally recognised banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank to provide corporate bank account services.
12.
To accompany India company set up, Healy Consultants assists our client with additional services such as business website building, search engine advertising, as well as stationery and logo design.
13.
Healy Consultants provides our client with a local business address in India for invoicing purposes, together with telephone, fax and email support to accompany India company set up.
14.
Healy Consultants assists our client to locate business premises in India and recruit local staff to support Indian company set up.
15.
To further support India company set up, Healy Consultants assists our client to obtain corporate finance, trade finance and to open merchant accounts, if required.
16.
Following completion of the engagement, Healy Consultants emails an engagement feedback survey to our client.
