Netherlands company set up is straightforward with Healy Consultants' transparent, logical engagement procedures. Typically, Netherlands company set up evolves as follows:
1.	Our client settles fees and signs Healy Consultants' engagement letter.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for the Netherlands company set up procedures, minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations.
3.	Healy Consultants collects required due diligence from our client, prior to the Netherlands company set up.
4.	Our client confirms the Netherlands corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. Only then will Healy Consultants proceed with incorporation.
5.	Healy Consultants opens an ESCROW bank account in the Netherlands on behalf of our client, and deposits the minimum paid-up capital required for an LLC, to support the Netherlands company set up.
6.	To continue with the Netherlands company set up, Healy Consultants submits the company’s name for approval at the Chamber of Commerce in the city of incorporation.
7.	In order to proceed with the Netherlands company set up, the company name must be approved. Healy Consultants submits information on the shareholders and directors to the Ministry of Justice in Den Haag, which issues a No Objection declaration to the incorporation.
8.	Healy Consultants drafts the company’s deeds of incorporation, and arranges to have them notarised by a Dutch notary public.
9.	Healy Consultants registers the company at the Chamber of Commerce and pays the required fee of 128.00 Euros (US$175) for a small firm of fewer than 50 employees and authorised capital up to 2.5 million Euros.
10.	The Commercial Registrar issues a company registration number, which is forwarded to our client.
11.	Following the Netherlands company set up, Healy Consultants arranges for the company’s registration details to be published in the Netherlands Official Gazette (Staatscourant).
12.	After the Netherlands company set up, Healy Consultants Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of bylaws, assurance of initial share certificates.
13.	Healy Consultants registers the company with the local tax authorities and also receives tax numbers from the tax office.
