Healy Consultants will project manage the entire Oman company registration to minimise any inconvenience to our clients. Oman company set up is normally completed within approximately six weeks, and will not be necessary for you to visit Oman - our experienced staff will handle all formalities, which include: |

Our Client settling our fees and signing Healy Consultants' Client Engagement Letter. |

Healy Consultants providing our Client an engagement project plan, outlining a detailed roadmap for Oman company set up, thereby minimising unwanted surprises and meeting our Client's expectations. |

Our Client and Healy Consultants agreeing legal, tax and accounting implications of Oman company registration.

4. |
Our Client confirming the preferred Oman company name as well as the company structure, for example who the shareholders and directors are, and the company's share capital. Our Incorporation Team will confirm that the company name is available for registration and, if approved, the incorporation process begins. |

5. |
Healy Consultants preparing Oman incorporation documents for our Client's signature and return to us. Our Incorporation Team then lodges the incorporation documents with the Oman Government, also obtaining a Municipal License from the council in the city where the company is being registered. |

To comply with Oman company registration requirements, Healy Consultants will deposit at least 25% of the company's capital in an internationally-recognised bank such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank and obtain proof thereof. Proof of deposit will be e-mailed to our client. |

Following Oman company set up, Healy Consultants' Compliance Team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of bylaws, assurance of initial share certificates. |

Healy Consultants provides our Client a complete company kit including i) original Certificate of Incorporation ii) a bound copy of the government-approved Memorandum & Articles iii) original share certificates and iv) an original government receipt as evidence of payment of official fees. |

9. |
Following Oman company registration, Healy Consultants provides a range of services including website building, search engine advertising, obtaining corporate finance, trade finance and opening merchant accounts. |
