Background

Prior contacting Healy Consultants Group, our Client created a software platform for cryptocurrency trading. In order to establish an office in Malta (one of cryptocurrency-friendly jurisdictions), Client reached out to Healy Consultants Group.

Engagement planning

Before company incorporation we advised our Client on every stage of incorporation process. Firstly, our Client was aware about a necessity to secure a pre-approval from Malta Financial Service Authority. Secondly, we advised on the required amount of the share capital. Finally, we provided information regarding a Crypto currency license that needs to be procured after the company incorporation.

Company incorporation

We started the incorporation process when our Client provided all of the KYC documents that fit stringent European the due diligence requirements. Then, after MFA provided a pre-approval for the crypto currency license, the Healy Consultants Group project management team incorporated the company with the Malta registry of companies.

Conclusion

Healy Consultants Group supported our Client in every stage of the engagement. We were focusing on planning and organizing the project and providing all the legal information to achieve the results.
