2.	Our client and Healy Consultants agree to incorporate either a Societe de Gestion de Patrimoine Familial (SPF) or a Trading Company. In the case of incorporating an SPF, the client and Healy Consultants will additionally have to agree whether to set up as a public or private limited company, a partnership limited by shares or a corporative society organised as a public limited company.
3.	Our client and Healy Consultants agree company name and the optimum corporate structure, including shareholders and directors.
4.	Prior to Luxembourg company registration, Healy Consultants prepares incorporation documents for our client's signature and return to us.
5.	Healy Consultants liaises with the Luxembourg Registrar of companies and completes Luxembourg company registration.
6.	Healy Consultants provides our client a complete company kit including i) original certificate of incorporation ii) a bound copy of a Government approved Memorandum & Articles iii) original share certificates iv) an extract from the Luxembourg Registrar of companies giving company details available for public viewing and v) an original Government receipt as evidence of payment of annual Luxembourg company registration and license fees.
7.	Following Luxembourg company formation, Healy Consultants can open a corporate bank account with one of the world's leading retail banks, including HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank.
