Thanks to our Algeria business incorporation services, our Client will not have to travel to start his company in Algeria. Our Firm will indeed complete all procedures on his behalf. Please refer to the standard timelines to complete the engagement, which is usually completed following the below steps:

  1. Before Healy Consultants starts to incorporate our Client’s company in Algeria, our Firm requests that he or she i) settles our fees requested to project-manage the engagement ii) signs and returns our engagement letter and iii) provides us scans of all the documents required for our due diligence checks;
  2. Our project manager then drafts a detailed project plan for Algeria company formation and corporate bank account opening services in Algeria. This document will map out each step towards engagement completion;
  3. Healy Consultants assists our Client to decide on i) proposed company’s name and ii) the optimum corporate structure, including local and foreign directors and shareholders. Healy Consultants will collect all necessary incorporation forms and other documents from our Client, then proceed to obtain a certificate for the company name from Centre National du Registre du Commerce (CNRC);
  4. Our Client will then supply Healy Consultants with a lease agreement of their office premises. If our Client does not have an office in Algeria, Healy Consultants will provide virtual office services for the first six months or until our Client finds a business address. Healy Consultants will then proceed to deposit the paid-up capital with the notary public and after this, we will courier all the incorporation documents to our Client to sign and send back and then we will have them notarized and submitted together with the lease for the registered office of the company;
  5. Healy Consultants will then obtain a criminal record clearance for our Client and publish the company constitution in the legal journal (B.O.A.L) and a national newspaper on behalf of our Client;
  6. Then Healy Consultants will file for registration of the Client’s company with the commercial registry, pay for stamp duty and obtain a receipt;
  7. Next Healy Consultants will register the Algerian company for i) income tax with the Ministry of Finance, ii) corporate tax with Direction Generale des Impots and iii) VAT with the local tax inspectorate;
  8. Healy Consultants will also register the company with i) the National Fund of Social Insurance for Employees – CNAS, ii) National Social Security for Non-Employees – CASNOS and iii) Unemployment Insurance Fund – CNAC;
  9. Healy Consultants will then proceed to open a corporate bank account for the company with one of the recommended banks in Algeria. We will then undertake to make the company seal and have the company’s accounting books stamped at the courts;
  10. Following the company incorporation engagement completion, Healy Consultants will courier a full company kit to our Client, including original documents, unopened bank correspondence and a Client feedback survey to assess the quality of our Algeria business formation services.
