Also known as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), we act as the co-employer or employer of record of your local workforce. Within two weeks, our multi-national Clients can deploy local staff in their target country, without the need to register a local legal entity.

Our services
- Recruitment of local employees and contractors; and
- Sponsoring expatriate employees visas; and
- Drafting employment contracts and aggressively and skillfully negotiating terms and conditions that meet the expectations of all parties; and
- Managing monthly payroll, ensuring employees are paid in full and on time; and
- Compliance with local employment laws including i) withholding personal income taxes and ii) making necessary deductions and contributions to statutory healthcare and or pensions and iii) workers’ compensation and iv) other required benefits; and

Our fees
Depending on the country, Healy Consultants Group charges a flat-rate fee per employee ranging from US$ 550 to US$ 1,140. -

Other considerations
- Multi-national Clients with a work force in a foreign country may qualify as a local permanent establishment. Consequently, it may be necessary to register our Client for local corporation tax and VAT. Thereafter, Healy Consultants Group Accounting and Tax Department will assist your Firm with monthly & quarterly Government reporting (if necessary); and
- When the country workforce size becomes large enough, it is common for our Clients to register a local entity with their own in-house Human Resource Department and in-house Accounting and Tax Department. In the long run, this is a more affordable solution than PEO services.

Foreign Employer vs PEO
- In certain (EU) countries, a foreign company is legally allowed to employ local/resident employees without the need of EOR/PEO nor a permanent establishment.
- An overseas company will need to register as a Foreign Employer (FE) or Non-resident Foreign Employer (NFE) with the local tax authorities to obtain a tax number and employer social security number. Depending on the company’s business activity they may also need to obtain a third-party liability insurance and if performing regulated activities register with relevant regulatory bodies within the target country.
- Healy Consultants Group will assist complete Foreign Employer registration formalities and then project manage compliance, tax and payroll responsibilities.
