| 3. | Our client provides the necessary due diligence including
color copies of passports notarized by the local UAE Embassy, for all Directors of the Company and all persons given Power of Attorney. |
| 4. | Healy Consultants prepares Abu Dhabi Company registration and incorporation documents for our client's signature and return to us. These documents include
the application for business license, list of Directors and Shareholders and director’s Resolution and signed the signed office lease agreement. |
| 5. | Healy Consultants obtains a corporate bank account with an international reputable bank such as HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank for our client to deposit the required share capital. |
| 6. | Healy Consultants liaises with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Department of Planning & Economy to complete Abu Dhabi Company registration and pays the Government fees. The necessary documentation (inclusive of the business license) is taken to the UAE Department of Naturalization and Residency to open a company file. |
| 7. | Healy Consultants enters the new company in the commercial register to have its Memorandum of Association published in the Ministry of Economy and Commerce Bulletin; |
| 8. | The business license is then taken to the UAE Chamber of Commerce to register the new entity with the Chamber. |
| 9. | Healy Consultants provides our client a complete Company kit including i) original Certificate of Incorporation ii) a bound copy of government-approved Memorandum & Articles iii) original share certificates and iv) an original Government receipt as evidence of payment of annual license fees. |
