1.	Our client settles our fees and signs Healy Consultants' engagement letter.
2.	Healy Consultants provides our client with a detailed engagement plan, outlining a roadmap for the Germany Company set up project, thus minimising unwanted surprises and meeting client expectations. Our client also confirms the Germany corporate structure, including shareholders and directors. Only then will Healy Consultants proceed with incorporation.

6.	In order for Germany company set up, a notarial agreement must be drawn up between the shareholders and the company being set up. The share capital must be at least € 25,000 (US$32,500).
7.	Following the Germany company set up, if the company has more than 500 employees, it is compulsory to appoint a "supervisory committee".
