7.	Healy Consultants’ incorporation team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from CIPRO. Our team will immediately email the same to you.
8.	In order to complete the South Africa company set up, Healy Consultants incorporation team files the following documents with CIPRO:
	i)	The company name, share capital, division of capital and type of shares;
	ii)	The Memorandum of Association;
	iii)	The Articles of Association;
	iv)	The address of the South Africa registered office;
	v)	Names, addresses and nationalities of directors and shareholders.
9.	Following the South Africa company set up, Healy Consultants compliance team prepares all post incorporation documents, including minutes of the first meeting, preparation of bylaws, assurance of initial share certificates.
