Liechtenstein Company Registration Process

Healy Consultants will legally complete the Liechtenstein company registration process within two weeks. The Liechtenstein company registration process normally evolves as follows:

Our client and Healy Consultants agree the legal, tax and accounting implications of Liechtenstein company registration.

Prior to Liechtenstein company registration, our client and Healy Consultants agree the company name and the optimum corporate structure, including shareholders and directors.

i) The Deed constituting the statutes and by-laws signed by the subscriber or agent;

ii) The proposed name of the company;

iii) Share capital, division of capital and type of shares (where appropriate);

iv) A declaration that the minimum capital has been paid into a bank;

v) Names, addresses and nationalities of directors and confirmation that they consent to act as directors;

vi) Names, addresses and nationalities of shareholders;

vii) Confirmation that a Liechtenstein resident representative has been appointed.

Following Liechtenstein company registration, Healy Consultants provides our client a complete company kit, including i) original Certificate of Incorporation ii) a bound copy of a Government approved Memorandum & Articles iii) original share certificates iv) an extract from the Liechtenstein Registrar of Companies giving company details available for public viewing and v) an original Government receipt as evidence of payment of annual Liechtenstein company registration and license fees.
